Returns & 10-Year Structural Warranty

We stand behind our wheels and we keep our policies simple and clear.

Returns (30 Days)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return requirements
To qualify for a return, wheels must be:

  • Brand new / unused

  • Not mounted / not installed

  • No scratches, marks, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging (boxes + protective materials)

If items are returned used, mounted, installed, or damaged, the return may be refused.

Return shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • You must provide tracking numbers for all boxes.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping Damage / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the shipping boxes (all sides)

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the shipping labels

Do not mount or install wheels until the issue is resolved.

10-Year Structural Warranty (Wheels)

FactoryFit Wheels includes a 10-year structural warranty for the original purchaser, starting from the date of purchase.

What is covered (structural defects)

  • Cracking or structural failure due to manufacturing defect

  • Bending or air loss caused by manufacturing defect (confirmed by inspection)

What is not covered

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, curb rash, finish chips)

  • Damage from impacts (potholes, accidents, off-road impacts)

  • Improper installation, wrong hardware, or incorrect lug nut seat type

  • Over/under-torque, failure to re-torque, or improper balancing/mounting

  • Corrosion from chemicals, salt, or neglect

  • Damage from modifications (spacers/adapters when not recommended, machining, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

How to start a warranty claim
Email support@factoryfitwheels.com with:

  • order number

  • clear photos (close-up + full wheel)

  • your vehicle year/make/model/trim

  • wheel size + finish

  • short description of what happened

We may request the wheel be returned for inspection.

Resolution
If approved, we will repair or replace the wheel at our discretion.
